1 The thickness of the concrete must be greater than 600mm
2. The strength of the concrete must be above 200#, and the two-way reinforcement 10@200
3 The foundation level is less than 5mm.
4. If the overall concrete thickness of the ground is greater than 600mm and the ground level meets the requirements, the equipment can be directly fixed with expansion screws without laying another foundation.
Precautions
1. The use of this equipment must strictly abide by the operating procedures.
2. Routine inspection should be done every day, and if it is found that it is faulty, the components are damaged, and the locking mechanism cannot work normally, it should avoid operation.
3. When lifting or lowering the vehicle, ensure that there are no obstacles around the pillar platform, and ensure that the safety lock is open.
4. The lifting platform cannot be overweight, and safety should be paid attention to when the car gets on and off.
5. When the lifting reaches the desired height, the locking button must be operated to make the column platform lock reliably. When the platform is found to be inclined, it should be properly rising. Re-complete the locking, if it cannot be completed, it is forbidden to use.
6. When using the jack on the pedestal, pay attention to safety. When lifting the vehicle, the lifting point should be reliable to prevent the vehicle from tilting and damage the parts on the vehicle. After lifting, add necessary protection devices.
7. When lowering the column platform, make sure that tools, personnel, parts, etc. are evacuated.
8. If someone is working under the car, others are prohibited from operating any buttons and safety devices.
9. After use, lower the pedestal to a low position and cut off the power supply.
