A full-container shipment combining parking lifts and additional equipment, coordinated end-to-end from our factory floor — built to perform in high-humidity outdoor conditions.

We are pleased to announce the successful loading and dispatch of six two post parking lifts to a customer in El Salvador. The units have been containerized and are now in transit — another step forward in our ongoing commitment to serving international clients with dependable vehicle lifting solutions.

This shipment is notable not only for the lifts themselves, but for how it was organized. The customer consolidated multiple product lines into a single 40ft container, sourcing additional items through us alongside the parking lifts. Our factory’s in-house loading coordination made this possible: by managing the entire shipment under one roof, we streamlined the logistics process and meaningfully reduced costs for the client.

Each lift carries a maximum load capacity of 2,700 kg and a lifting height of up to 2,100 mm, making them a practical fit for a wide range of passenger vehicles and light commercial vans.

Built for El Salvador’s outdoor environment

El Salvador’s tropical climate presents real challenges for outdoor equipment — high humidity, persistent heat, and seasonal moisture. Recognizing this, the customer selected a hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for all six units. Unlike standard paint or powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing bonds zinc directly to the steel structure, providing a significantly more robust barrier against rust and corrosion over the equipment’s working life.

To further protect the electrical systems from outdoor exposure, each unit is fitted with dedicated motor covers and control box covers — an additional weatherproofing layer that guards against moisture infiltration and extends the interval between maintenance interventions. Together, the galvanized structure and sealed electrical enclosures form a comprehensive weatherproofing package suited to the demands of year-round outdoor operation in Central America.

This shipment reflects a recurring theme in how we work with international clients: understanding the end-use environment and recommending the right specifications accordingly — not just what ships easily, but what performs reliably once it arrives.
