It features automated loading and unloading, accumulation conveying, and synchronized spraying using reciprocators and spray guns. The pre-treatment process utilizes stop-spraying technology, allowing two chemical baths to operate within a single station to reduce equipment cost and footprint. In the drying stage, selected workpieces use a translation-accumulation drying method, improving drying efficiency, minimizing oven space, saving energy, and enabling smooth transfer to subsequent processes.
