Workshop Powder Coating Spraying Line with Conveysor

Short Description:

The powder coating line features fully automated spray pre-treatment with energy-saving controls and liquid reflux systems to maximize cleaning efficiency and chemical usage. Workpieces are hung vertically and transported by a vertical translation conveyor, reducing floor space and simplifying the handling of long items. A tunnel drying oven ensures fast and effective moisture removal. The coating section uses two internal and two external automatic reciprocators, achieving complete coverage of pipe-shaped workpieces. With a two-stage powder recovery system (large cyclone + filter elements) and a PP spray booth, the line offers high powder utilization, efficient coating performance, and rapid color change capabilities.
