We recently conducted a full operational test of a customized scissor lift platform designed for lifting and storing garbage bins underground. This project features a single-bin lifting system, with each scissor lift designed to carry one garbage container and lower it below ground level when not in use.
The purpose of this underground garbage bin lift is to improve urban cleanliness by keeping waste containers hidden beneath the surface. By storing bins underground, the system helps maintain a cleaner and more organized streetscape while reducing visual impact and odor exposure. This type of underground waste management solution is increasingly used in modern urban infrastructure projects.
A key feature of this project is its centralized control system. One control cabinet is designed to operate three separate lifting units, significantly reducing installation costs and simplifying daily operation. This design not only improves efficiency but also lowers overall equipment investment and maintenance complexity.
During testing, the scissor lift system operated smoothly and demonstrated stable lifting performance. All safety and control functions responded as expected, confirming the reliability of the customized design.
